Located in the historic Radiowave Building in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, Patent Pending is a concept with two contrasting identities; by day an unassuming coffee shop and by night a discreet underground cocktail bar. Located in an awkward, narrow basement space with low ceilings and no natural light, we opted to emphasize these points rather than fighting against them. Dark and moody, Patent Pending is an immersive experience that transports guests to another reality.
